Elliott Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 Hello. I added a Frame.IO node and entered my API token with the default endpoint https://api.frame.io/v2. It accepted the token and displayed my email address right away. But the Team, Project, and Directory fields are blank and won't let me select anything. My Frame.IO account has one team and one project, and this token has permission for all scopes. I'm using version 10.1.0-20200714 on macOS. Miguel Angel Doncel Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 Hi Elliott, As soon as you put the token, the team directory should be populated. and once you select a team, the project populates, and so on. if the token is valid, your email should appear in the Email property. that is a confirmation that the connenction is stablished. If you do not see the email, maybe there could be a missing or extra character(s) in the token? the API link you mention is definitively the correct one. if you see nothing (nor mail/nor teams), do you see any error in the "Validation Inspector" window? if you want, save the mwf (removing your token) and mail it to support@sgo.es and we will be happy to check if we see anything wrong with it. I tried some other nodes, and I believe this is a more general UI problem, actually not related to Frame.IO. The dropdown lists are not working well with any node. See for example this screen capture with the ProRes node. Here I found that clicking the middle button moves through the list one at a time.
