Bug Mistika Boutique 8.10

I have quite a problematic bug which makes it hard to work with Mistika Boutique 8.10 

System tested: iMac 2017 |8gb AMD 580 | MacOs 10.14.6

When I ty to edit a value on the left side of the interface,  it is scaling the interface with a strobe affect.
(flickering from normal to small size, see screenshot)

Did a whole clean install of MacOs and Mistika Boutique, unfortunallly the problem is still there.

Thanks for reaching out! First of all, let me tell you that this issue is surely caused by "Retina display mode".  The development team is already working on the fix. At the meantime, the workaround comes by choosing the 'Low resolution' option in the Retina Display window manager in your Mac system. To see the scaled formats, just press alt+key in the 'Scaled' option area.

Follow up to with another monitor question.

I am trying to run Mistika Boutique in dual display mode, and the Media window is perfectly showing on the 2nd monitor.
Only when I a want to Color Grade the monitor switches from the Media Window to nothing (shows desktop) instead of showing the Color Grade interface or other settings.

Setup is iMac with a scaled resolution and a 2nd monitor in 1920x1200 over Thunderbolt 3.

Unfortunately not working.

First picture Media is perfecty loading on the second monitor -> Right side
Second picture if I select Color Grade it goes blank.
Third picture OSX Monitor Settings 

Tried it with both monitor in different resolutions but it doesn't show.

Hi!

A priori, I think the issue is caused by the fact that the right screen is not lined on the bottom to the screen on the left. Would you please try to lined them as in this screenshot?

If that does not work either, could you please open a ticket in our support portal so we can take a deeper look on this case? Thanks a lot in advance.

I have problems with a the key blur from the keyer in the latest Release of Mistika Boutique 8.10.0 Nov11 on a Mac.

When I increase the value of the key from 0 to 1 the whole selected key disappears. So right now I can not blur my key, which is kind of a crucial function. ?

Hi Jan!

I'm sorry for the inconveniences. Thanks a lot for the report. We've immediately communicate the issue to the dev team. They'll fix it asap. 

For now, I can suggest you two possible workarounds:

- Downgrade to a previous version without that issue.

- Use the Keynode in combination with the Output Key, and the Blur Node, which you can set in Mode A and will blur only the alpha, that can be later used on any shot. I know it's a bit messy, but workable in the meantime.

I'll let you know whenever the fix is ready.

There is also a bug that after a while it cannot write the savings file and I have to quit and reopen Mistika to continue working. 

Mostly this means I lost the last 10 minutes of grading work.

Hi Jan!

Can you please check the read/write permissions of the auto saved environments?

I highly recommend when you are working with an autosaved environment, to make a "save as" and make it a normal env. Actually Mistika makes a quick warning about this when working with autosaved envs. That can avoid this kind of issues.

Do you mean they no longer happen? Glad to hear!

Just bear in mind that is not advisable to work a long time with the autosaved environment.  As long as you use, make a "save as", and place it in your usual environment folder. 

As a friendly reminder, you can decrease the time for the autosave save and the auto versions kepts in the general tab of the Mconfig:
