I just created an account and "ordered" the free trial, but the downloads page on my account at https://www.sgo.es/my-account/downloads/ is showing nothing. Miguel Angel Doncel Posted March 22, 2021 Share Posted March 22, 2021 Hi Elliot, did you use the same mail address to buy the product and to login the forums? if that is the case, you should see the installer in the downloads section. in any case, you should also have received a mail order confirmation with the activation code. I would kindly ask you to open a ticket on our Support Portal and our technical team will be more than happy to help you out. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your problem solved.
