I've been trying to get a conform to work from Premiere, and so far it's been failing pretty miserably. I get *some* of the files to link, but there's a series of cutaway shots in the edit that didn't link at all... 

We've been trying a few options, but one question is which XML format should I ask the editor to use? Is there only one option in Premiere?

Xml is the best tool to conform between Premiere and Mistika. In order to solve this issue as soon as possible, please, submit a ticket in our support portal. We'll need the offline reference and some of the clips that are failing to conform so our developers can check may be causing the issue.
