Improve Alignment not always works specially if most of the top is cloudless sky. You could use the "Improve Alignment" on a shot with ceiling, like in middle of a hall, and then keep this preset for more difficult shots. However, the initial stitch tends to be quite good as there is plenty of overlap for the Optical Flow to work with.
