Render problem after rotoscoping in 3D

Hi,

I am using version 10.5.1 on Mac (but same problem applies also to previous version 10.2+).

I am trying to do a rotoscoping with vector paint in a 3D video. All seems working well from the preview window, in fact I see that the paint is applied in all frames and with all shapes.

The problem occurs when I export the video, because it does not apply any paint to the final render.

Also I noticed that if I save, close the project and then re-open, the paint is not applied anymore to all frames.

Do you have any idea where the problem could be?
Thanks,

Luca

Hi Luca,

Thanks a lot for contacting us through the forum. We have been running several tests on our Macs and have not been able to reproduce your problem. Since this is such a specific case I am going to ask you to contact us through the Support Portal. In the ticket you send us you will attach the Project you are working on, with all its subfolders located by default in your SGO Data/Projects folder. And then I have also been asked by the technical team to create a project from scratch, load a Vector Paint and edit something inside it, and that clean project please also send it to us.

Best regards,

Daniel
