Is there something similar to Nuke's Spherical Transform or After Effects polar coordinates in Mistika Boutique. I've tried all of the distorts to no luck. Looking for a way to tranform latlong stitched footage into 180 fisheye.

Have you tried with the VR View effect. In there you can change from latlong to equidistant fisheye or equisolid fisheye. Then if you reduce the focal length and play with the Yaw Pitch and Roll parameters, you should be able to get the result that you are looking for.
