  1. One of our developers have created a Preset creation protocol. If you are able to follow the next, we could create a perfect preset for you rig. Send please a clip of every single camera of a scene complying the next: Scene for Calibration First, try to obtain a suitable scene for the calibration: Nothing and nobody close to the camera, at least 3 meters. A street with buildings and trees, squares, parking lots. Large halls, like sports venues, with structured ceiling, with camera in the open. Public garage with no cars or columns at less than 3 meters If a calibration shot can not be obtained, choose the shot most fitting the above Optional, specially convenient for cameras with little overlap: Ask for a static scene, and two shots, second with the rig rotated half its camera spacing: Means if they are 4 cameras at the horizont at 90 degrees, rotate the rig 45 degrees. This provides apparent doubling of number of cameras and produces better lens distortion detection. Notice that if a camera allows setting the image ratio at different values, like Gopro that can record both 4:3 and 16:9, settings for both resolutions may be needed. Recording larger image is always better but some customers used 16:9 ratio apparently. .ro
  2. Hi Koby, Did you sync the audio in Mistika before sending the images to PtGui? This step is very important in order to stitch your media properly. If doing that you still have a wrong behaviour, please send 1 sample (including original media files and preset) to support@sgo.es and an expert will check it. About how to save a stitching as a preset, you can easily do that doing right click on the clip stach and you will be able to see 'save preset' option. Cheers, .ro
  3. Hi irs_131, Could you please send to http://support.sgo.es/helpdesk/tickets a frame in sync of every single camera? I have a preset created for a similar rig and I would like to test it before provide it to you. Looking forward to hearing from you, Rocío
  4. Hi ulf.brusquini, I am afraid a render tab is an option available just for the full license. You can use the whole tool but rendering is a limitation of Eval license. If you are interested in see the SGO plans, here you can find all the information: https://www.sgo.es/vr-plans/ Best Regards, .ro
  5. Hi all, We have created some layouts for Mistika VR. See the screenshots below: You can learn how to create a custom layout in this quick tutorial: https://www.facebook.com/rocio.delrio.526/videos/1867989680181790/ If you like any of then just unzip the attached file and place the .mly files in: VR-ENV/shared/layout/ Once there you can load it into Mistika via Window/Layout/load. I hope you like it ;) .ro [attachment file=39158]
  6. Hi Marcus, I'm afraid that we are having some technical difficulties with our servers here and that's what probably is preventing your user area from working properly. We are working hard to try to solve them asap. Sorry for the inconvenience. .ro
  7. Hi Andrey, If you do not know how to create a preset we could help! Just sent to support@sgo.es a clip of every single camera. Best, .ro
  8. Hi Andrey, What is the problem do you have? Could you please be more specific? Are you using a full license PtGui? In case not, please use Hugin, the license is free. .ro
  9. Hi Andrey, Mistika library does not contain a preset for Sony a7SII. I am afraid you must to create it using PtGui. If you have any question after watching the tutorial for creating a preset using PtGui, please let us know. We'll try to help you! check out our Vimeo channel: https://vimeo.com/channels/1242739 Best, .ro
  10. Hi murcje, I would like to test your footage and PtGui project. Could you please send a clip of every single camera to support@sgo.es? Looking forward hearing from you! .ro
  11. Hi m.geidel, Many thanks for your interest in Mistika VR. Let me explain you that Mistika supports PtGui metadata and Hugin as well. You can import the .pts file after loading the clips. Also our preset library are being increased in every new version. So maybe you already have your preset there. If you want to try the eval version please find it here: https://www.sgo.es/product/mistika-vr-beta-eval-version/ Also here you can find Learning & support resources for Mistika VR: https://support.sgo.es/solution/articles/1000251392-learning-support-resources-for-mistika-vr I hope it helps! Best Regards, .ro
  12. Hi wisnu.triwardono, Have you tested the presets you can find in the version and they do not work? In that case, send me please a sync frame of every single camera or a short clip of every single camera in order to create a preset. You can send it opening a Ticket in Support Portal: http://support.sgo.es/helpdesk/tickets Thank you for using Mistika VR! .ro
  13. Hi transreal360, Thank you for post here and we sorry about delayed response. Freedom360 preset may work with your footage. You probably just have to change the 'roll' parameter in the Input camera control effect until get it working properly. Also you can use a free license of Hugin for creating the camera metadata and then import the stitch into Mistika or using PtGui (full license). You can visit our Mistika VR Tutorials at Vimeo in this link: https://vimeo.com/channels/1242739 In case these solutions I have suggested do not work, please open a support ticket here: http://support.sgo.es/helpdesk/tickets I hope it helps! Best, .ro
  14. Hi Sebastian, A GOP Size set at 1 produces a file that is easily edited in other applications, because all the frames are a keyframe (compression only occurring between frames). Values other than 1 define the number of consecutive frames for which only significant differences from the previous frame will be represented, taking better advantage of the available bitrate but losing the possibility of navigating to (or close to) a specific frame in other applications. Very high values may cause the opposite effect to that desired, and worsen image quality. A value of 5 is usually a good starting point. I hope it helps! Best, .ro
  15. Hi Themikebernad, Once you import the cameras you have to load the proper preset. Find it doing right click in the clip stack. You will see the library there. I hope it helps! .ro

    Detu?

Hi Dave, Every single camera can be modified in the 'Input cameras' tab. You can turn on by clicking in the 'clip stack' the camera you need to rotate. Anyway, if you send us a sync frame of every single camera we will include it in the preset library in the next version. You can send it across support portal: http://support.sgo.es/helpdesk/tickets Best Regards, .ro We always request videos of every single camera if your bandwidth allows it. If you are so kind sending the files, we will be happy creating the preset for you :)
