Hi, I've an activation problem on my system (currently a MacBook Pro max). I've just renewed my annual subscription, all righe and I have a new activation code. I open Mistika VR, I insert the code in Activation Tool, it works and seems ok but Mistika doesn't start. Also the Advanced Activation Tool shows the activation is all right, but Mistika doesn't start. I remember something similar occurred 1year ago but I don't remember the solution and I can't find it on the forum. Can someone help me? thanks Stefano

Thanks Cristobal, yes I've tried but my problemi is on point 3: if I try to import the origin_6_lrv.mp4 file, the system create a new shot, I'm not able to add it as camera number 7 ? how can I add origin_6_lrv.mp4 as camera 7 instead a new shot? thanks Stefano

Hi everybody, I've tried to see if my problem is already in other post, but I didn't found anything... I have to stitch materials from Insta360Pro2, I can handle the video part importing the six cameras (from the 6 microSD) but audio is missing: is recorded on SDcard, but I don't know how to add it to my video? Where I' m wrong? thanks for helping :) Stefano
