epanjan@sgo.es Posted October 30, 2024 Share Posted October 30, 2024 IMPORTANT: Frame.io V4 and Mistika Workflows Compatibility Update Frame.io has recently released Version 4 of their API, which is incompatible with the version currently used in the Frame.io node within Mistika Workflows. This means that if you upgrade to the new version of Frame.io, the existing Frame.io node in Mistika Workflows will cease to function. Our team is already working on developing an updated, compatible node for Mistika Workflows. If possible, we recommend postponing the update to Frame.io V4 until we can confirm that the new node is available. epanjan@sgo.es Posted November 18, 2024 Author Share Posted November 18, 2024 Frame.io V4 Downgrade Information for Mistika Workflows Users For those impacted by the compatibility issues between Frame.io V4 and Mistika Workflows, Frame.io allows a rollback to Version 3 under specific conditions. How to Request a Downgrade to V3 Email Support: Write to support@frame.io requesting a rollback to V3. Live Chat Support: Use the live chat feature available on your account after logging in. Frame.io Knowledge Center Chat: Access the chat via their help page: https://help.frame.io/en/ Things to consider before downgrading Share Links: All share links created in V4 will no longer work after the rollback. User Roles: Team members from before the V4 upgrade will revert to their highest role prior to the upgrade. New Users: Any users added during the V4 period will not remain on the account after the rollback. They will need to be re-added as Team Members or Collaborators. Plan Details: Your current subscription plan will remain the same as it was in V4. Eligibility for Downgrade Only accounts that originally existed in V3 and were later upgraded to V4 are eligible for a rollback. Accounts created directly in V4 cannot be downgraded to V3.
