Frame.io V4 Downgrade Information for Mistika Workflows Users For those impacted by the compatibility issues between Frame.io V4 and Mistika Workflows, Frame.io allows a rollback to Version 3 under specific conditions. How to Request a Downgrade to V3 Email Support: Write to support@frame.io requesting a rollback to V3. Live Chat Support: Use the live chat feature available on your account after logging in. Frame.io Knowledge Center Chat: Access the chat via their help page: https://help.frame.io/en/ Things to consider before downgrading Share Links: All share links created in V4 will no longer work after the rollback. User Roles: Team members from before the V4 upgrade will revert to their highest role prior to the upgrade. New Users: Any users added during the V4 period will not remain on the account after the rollback. They will need to be re-added as Team Members or Collaborators. Plan Details: Your current subscription plan will remain the same as it was in V4. Eligibility for Downgrade Only accounts that originally existed in V3 and were later upgraded to V4 are eligible for a rollback. Accounts created directly in V4 cannot be downgraded to V3. Hi all! A new release of Mistika Workflows is now available, introducing new enhancements and stability improvements. You can download the latest version from the ‘Downloads’ section of your SGO Online Account. Mistika Workflows 10.11.3 - Maintenance Release New Features: Global Timer added to Watcher Node. This new option is now available in the Watcher node. When enabled, all content within the Watch folder will share a single timer. This means processing is delayed until all files in the folder remain unmodified for a specified time. This feature is especially useful for workflows involving composite megapacks (such as Panasonic, XDCam, or Stereo3D pairs), where large related files are being copied into the folder. By holding off on processing until all components are present, it prevents partial or premature processing. Improvements for the AfterEffectsFile Node Properties Override Support: Added support for properties override in AfterEffectsFile node, providing more flexibility when importing After Effects compositions. Auto-Reload on Update: The AfterEffectsFile node now automatically reloads when the associated .aep file is updated, streamlining the workflow for After Effects users. Long File Path Name Support on Windows. Mistika Workflows now supports long file paths on Windows, improving compatibility with complex directory structures. Improvements: DCP Export: The Digital Cinema Package (DCP) export now supports the ASSETMAP.xml file, enhancing interoperability and compliance with DCP specifications. Fixes: .ari and .arx Export: Resolved an issue where .ari and .arx files were not exporting correctly, ensuring accurate file output for ARRI workflows. ARRI .arx Transcoding: Fixed a random issue when transcoding ARRI .arx files, resulting in more stable transcoding operations. MP2 Clip Naming: Mistika Workflows now generates unique 8-character alphanumeric names for MP2 clips, significantly reducing the likelihood of duplicate names when handling large volumes of P2 files. EDL Sequence Support: Added support for *FRMC START in EDLs, improving sequence handling within Mistika Workflows.

IMPORTANT: Frame.io V4 and Mistika Workflows Compatibility Update Frame.io has recently released Version 4 of their API, which is incompatible with the version currently used in the Frame.io node within Mistika Workflows. This means that if you upgrade to the new version of Frame.io, the existing Frame.io node in Mistika Workflows will cease to function. Our team is already working on developing an updated, compatible node for Mistika Workflows. If possible, we recommend postponing the update to Frame.io V4 until we can confirm that the new node is available.
