I have just installed the trail version and activated with email and activation code.

I am getting this error message when I try start a new project. I want to set to 4k, 120 frames (as I have some test footage shot on an insta 360 pro v2) I would lie to stitch.

"New Project Error

Project manager creating project test The prject "%2" cannot be created"

 

Can anyone direct me how to start this project.

This error might be a permissions issue. Please check you have set full permission for the project folder. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket and we will investigate the issue in depth.

Currently I am having this issue as well. This was right after installing and activation. The only project I can open is the default project you provide.

It did seem to be a permissions issue. When I opened Mistika, I right-clicked and selected run as administrator. This seemed to work. I am able to create a project and also render.
