Hi all, Over the last weeks we have had several customers asking for a way to deactivate the licenses to move them to a new system without actually having to be sitting in the active system. At the moment we are doing some internal testing for the functionality, and we are planning to make the functionality available next week. The initial idea is to create an Activation Codes section in your My Account page. in that page you will see all your active codes and you will be able to both activate and deactivate them. That page will put your deactivated license in a semi-deactivated mode and will allow you to activate the software in your new system. The only limitation is, the semi-deactivation needs to be confirmed from your old system when possible or you will not be able to deactivate the license again. we are working to make this confirmation process as transparent as possible to make the workflow as simple as we can. once we make it available, If you usually move your license between systems, please feel free to give us your feedback about the workflow. Hi all, Few people have asked us how to deactivate the Mistika VR license to be able to activate it in a different computer, so we have decided to post an small guide to help you through the process: 1.- Open the SGO Activation Tool in the computer which is currently activated (you can not deactivate the license from any other computer so far) 2.- Press the Continue button in the online mode to Go to the Active Products window. (Your system needs to have internet connection for this step) 3.- Expand your VR product, you should see your VR license like this: 4.- Right click on top of the license to deactivate and you will see a contextual menu with the deactivation option. Like this: 5.- Go to the new system, and activate your license using the latest Activation Code for your subscription. you will find it in your latest renewal mail. Thanks for using MistikaVR!
