Having trouble stitching Stereoscopic and Monoscopic videos together

Hello guys, I am currently working on a project that needs some help. I will attach and image to the cameras we are working with. I am trying to stitch monoscopic and stereoscopic videos together. Our rig had 5 cameras. 4 stereo cameras and one mono capturing behind. I can’t seem to find the right settings or preset to make this work. Is there any ideas or things I can do to make this work? I can’t seem to find any presets that work and autopano is not giving me good results with stereo
