Hi, Is the Vuze fully supported? With 8.3.3, I couldn't find a resolution for my project that matched what the HumanEyes software produces, i.e. 3840x2160 (the closest I could get is 3840x1920). Ideally a fully square output would be possible too - 3840x3840 for stereo. Then, how do you create a stereoscopic (over-under) output? I'm okay with adding the input stream multiple times for each 'camera', but how can I access a different video stream? The pre-stitched Vuze files have 2 video streams. Thanks, David

Hi there, we just started using Mistika VR and unfortunately already got stuck. We have received OZO material from a shoot which was shot monoscopic, so only only 4 of the 8 cams where used. when using the standard OZO Preset, the Setup fails (presumably because it expects 8 cams and only gets 4). We tried to go through PTgui (like we do when using CaraVR) but that failed too. any suggestions? thanks, Timor

Is there anyone out there that can help me with presets for both the Freedom360 Classic mount (Link) and the Explorer mount (Link). I can provide footage samples if necessary. Just not sure how yet to create the PTGui files. I was certain there has to be a PTGui template that already exists for both these rigs, I just can't seem to find them. Thank you in Advance!

Prests for 3X Kodak SP4k underwater, using the Kodak waterproof housing. Make sure to center precisely the crop circles for each of the 3 cameras. Use the "Improve Alignment" only on carefully chosen frame with something in all directions. If it does not work, undo and use a different frame for the Improve alignment. Aligning is particularity tricky in underwater shots with limited visibility and contrasted lighting. Thanks to Pablo Ballester for the underwater calibration footage, specially tricky to produce as it requires spinning the rig at specific angles at the bottom of a pool! Kodak_SP4k_X3_underwater.zip

There are two different presets, Dry (under water) and Wet ( above water). Apply the preset, then carefully center the crop circles as their centering is critical for good alignment and it differs for each camera. Then, apply "Improve Alignment" on a frame where in every stitch between camera there something to align: If the whole stitch is only blue water, the Improve Alignment may not work. Thanks to Dawn L. Yılmaz for the media samples! Boxfish360.zip

Hello Super SGO Team! I am interested in building a rig preset for a Boxfish VR camera. Ideally, I would like to be able to do this off of the Autopano Giga file that comes with it. After browsing the forum it seems that this is not currently possible, unless I might have missed something? Unfortunately, we do not have a licensed PTGui to use. Although, I have used Hugin in the past, I find it a bit cumbersome, so I was wondering if; there is someone I might send a few samples too, to get a rig preset built, and if I could get some background on how you are going about building your presets, if you are using Mistika VR, itself, somehow. Moreover, if there is a way…

High, I'm using a hacked GoPro with a 220 lens in 4K mode. Not all the circular image fits on the sensor, but anyway, I would like to crop it (if there is any advantage in doing that). How do I change the size of the crop circle? Its size is apparently fixed...

Possibly reorder the cameras if the camera numbering were different. Use the "Match Color" and "Improve Alignment" commands to optimize for your rig unit. GoPro360RizePro10v2.grp_.zip

Here is a quick guide on how to move away from the "preset" resolutions that we can find in MistikaVR graphical interface. To work on a custom resolution is as simple as editing a text file, which is hold inside your projects folder. Using your OS file browser, navigate to the project folder. Win defaluts to: C:Users#user#name#DocumentsSGOVR_WORK Mac defaults to: /Users/Shared/SGO/VR-ENV/WORK Navigate into the project you want to modify. Edit the file ".VRPresets_#ProjectName#" with a text editor. Mac users: The file is hidden, you will need to show hidden files. You can google it as it varies depending on the MacOS version. Change the lines MISTIKA_RES…

Here is a preset for Garmin VIRB with fine tuned lens distortion. You may want to center precisely the two lens, even if in the unit we tested with had the lens quite well centered form fab. Also, you may use "Improve Alignment". Garmin_VIRB.grp_.zip

Hi There Just testing the Trial version and having trouble applying a template. All of my rigs are custom build. To date we have used AutoPano Video / Giga. I've using a Trial version of PTGUi and can do "external stitch" and get into PTGui and align 5 images OK. I then save that project / and template. How do you roundtrip it back to apply in Mistake VR? If I just go to "import stitch" and browse for those .pts files it applies and I just end up with 5 images stacked on top of each other in the centre of the screen without a correct stitch. Is there a particular way of saving the PTGui info? Any help appreciated! Jeff

The preset bundled with the builds to the moment had a bug - it fixed the output resolution at 4kx2k, so renderring at any other resolution, the results were cropped/padded. Here is the correct preset. Be sure to center the lenses using the lens centering procedure. SamsungGear360.zip
