Hi dear SGO forum, i'm working on footage from the KanDao ObsidianR right now. To get footage with 60fps the camera only allows recordings in 4k (seperate video size: 1900x1500 px). I was able to get a somewhat good stitch with the 3800x3000 KanDao-settings, but the footage initially wasn't "filling" the frame, also i believe that it wouldn't be a good start to have the videofiles scaled by 200% to fit the height... I took a look into the .grp-file and made some (propably poor and amateurish) adjustments but it somewhat gave me a better result in terms of "filled frame". I've attatched the file below. Some of the values i couldn't allocate remained from the initial 3800x3…

Hi, I have purchased the 30 license after waiting too long with trying the eval version for this purpose. I want to stitch 4 (later maybe 6) landscape gopro's (Hero 6) set up in a square rig. I have a succesful stitch from PTGui. When I save the PTGui project and drag and drop it onto Mistika in the camera panel, it just switches to the panorama view but overlays all camera's on top of each other. What am I doing wrong here? Thank you BTW have a Garmin Virb 360 and your software totally rocks it with the new preset!!!

Here are presets for rigs based on 2, 3, or 4 Kodak SP4k cameras. Based on a sample shot specially for this calibration courtesy of Skyler Baird. This is for normal use. For underwater shots, there is a separate preset. Careful center the lens crop circles for each camera. Kodak.zip

This is Is a better optimized preset for ZCam S1Pro at 3840x2160 resolution. The previous version of this preset was based on an atypical scene and used overzealous lens undistortion, causing problems at the zenith and nadir. Be sure to center the crop circle of each lens, it is critical for good alignment. ZCamS1Pro_3840X2160.zip

Here is the preset. Center the crop circles manually, then, on a simple scen with nothing near, use Improve Angles. Good shot may be a shot on a leg (monopod) in the center of a room, with nothing too near to the camera. GoProFusion.zip

Hello, testing out Mistika to see if it can fix some pulsing and jitters that the Insta360 software left in my renders. Do I need to import a stitch ? I'm not seeing any tutorial shots that look like the setup I have in my interface. Any tips on how to get started would be appreciated !

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone used this program to stitch a zcam s1. I am aware that they have a preset for this camera, but the stitch lines are still not that great. Is the preset included in the latest build the best one to use? Or do you have to use PTGUI for more advanced stitching. I read somewhere that PTGUI will not work on Zcam S1. Is this true? Also what is the best setting to achieve good stitch lines for zcam s1. Thanks.

This is the preset for the VR180 configuration by iZugar. The support is not perfect: Mistika will still generate VR360, so you need to crop the renders in the next stage of your workflow (aka in Premiere, typicaly). Usage: Apply the preset, use "Improve Offsets". Also, you may use "Improve Angles", however this not always work correctly, specially if the zone is strongly asymmetrical. Consider this an experimental preset, we will be glad to hear about how successful you were using it. If somebody does use other VR180 configurations, let us know too.

Any way to get a hereo 5 with 16 horizontal cam preset for stereoscopic? Or one for my actual rig 360rize 24 Pro or i think they call it the 360rize Orb now, it has 24 Hereo 5 cameras on it and should be stereoscopic in horizontal areas. Any help much appreciated... I would even pay for a good working template
